Tara at Scheme Events is an exceptional wedding planner. She is easy to work with, knowledgeable of venues and vendors, and when the big day came she made it fun and easy. She helped us plan in bit sized chunks with weekly calls and made sure we stayed on track and never got overwhelmed. Our wedding day was a beautiful day that I will always remember as a success. This was in large part was due to her efforts. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
TLDR: She is amazing. She has a gentle touch about how she navigated everything. She knows what she is doing. Just hire her and forget about the stress. Courtney did an amazing job! She went above and beyond to make sure that our special day ran smoothly. From the start communication was strong. The team was very helpful and had great recommendations! I would absolutely work with Scheme Events again.
We booked Scheme Events for Day of Coordination for our wedding and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Courtney was amazing and made it so we could just relax and enjoy the wedding we’d been planning for months.
