DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS. Do yourself a favour and do not appoint these lawyers unless you want everything to go wrong. I've never had a settlement go so wrong in my life thanks to Schembri & Co Lawyers and I've been through plenty. They we're appointed by the vendor in a recent transaction, I brought forward the settlement date, both parties agreed to this in writing, they were given 60 days notice of the change and somehow blamed me for the settlement not going ahead when they knew exactly what date we both agreed too.
