AVOID: regarding Probate: On 1st visit they seemed professional and made promises of great service, on 2nd and 3rd visit I saw a different person, then emails appeared from someone else, then from a fourth person, in the meantime they achieved nothing. Now I've gone to another company who has asked Schembri for the file but they sent the wrong file. There are other options use those, these people are hopeless

Alicia Robson-Garth did a great job helping me to sell my property. There were a few tricky legal issues with this it and she helped me navigate them smoothly.
