Phil came out and was very professional and informative. We have had other engineers out and they could not give us a valid explanation for noises in our attic. Phil did, and with the report that he gave us I am hoping to get this situation taken care of by the builder.
Schembri Engineers deserves our highest praise and we enthusiastically endorse their work. We hired them to perform an independent, objective roof inspection and they were professional, timely, and thorough. In addition, Phil offered some unsolicited advice regarding our house that we greatly appreciated and are addressing. We couldn't be more pleased.
