I was selling my house and the inspection called for an engineer to come out and evaluate an alteration that the previous owner had made. It was really hard to find an engineer willing to come out on short notice until I got in touch with Phil. Phil did a great job of being transparent and setting the right expectations. He’s very professional and honest and would highly recommend if you find yourself in a situation where an engineer is needed
Did the work and provided the report with a friendly demeanor. No complaints.
Phil was available to do an inspection for a client of mine in a very timely manner when it was very hard to find any available engineering inspectors. He also sent us the report 2 days later which is what we needed! He did a great job on the inspection and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you need a structural inspection done, call Schembri Engineers.
