This is a great bike shop. Their customer service is beyond great. They are super helpful and communicative. My bike had a catastrophic frame failure, and they worked with me to get an awesome deal on a new bike and accessories. They spent a lot of time and effort helping me make sure I got the right bike. I probably test rode bikes 10 different times. I love the bike that I got.
Great experience at this bike shop! Customer service was excellent, I was helped by a mister Kirt who went above and beyond at helping me find the right bike and for an affordable price!
