We have gone here for new bikes but just went for helmets today. I had three kids with me, eight and under by myself. It was right after school and everyone was tired. One of my children got upset over not finding a helmet. Instead of dismissing us, the sweet staff member asked him his name and got to know him. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They excel at getting you on the right bike, as well as have stellar customer service.
What's bad ass is riding on old stomping grounds in Lexington, KY. What's not bad ass is breaking the rear derailleur cable with ~15mi. left on constantly rolling roads. But then again, more bad ass happened when I called Scheller's just before closing time...They hooked me up with a fresh cable, left for me after hours, to make sure I was on my way again, training, the next day. That's service! Thanks guys!
