The people at this memorial company are very helpful. I understand that a delivery time of a memorial varies and there are many factors involved. The weather may change or it might be nice out but if the ground is wet they might not be able to bring out a memorial or as most business are small local ones, someone might be sick. Go somewhere else. First of all, John Balmer lied to me on multiple occasions. The first lie being the second I walked in the door saying he did my sister's headstone in 2006 when in fact, he did not. Not sure what his angle was there. I should've went with my gut and turned around, but I didn't because of convenience. Big mistake. The stone took from the beginning of May to the end of August, getting the run-around the whole time.
