I am very excited that Schell is offering a large lot community! We love the floor plans and options that the company offers, and have friends who live in a Schell home. We have lived around the Richmond area for a few years, and have definitely enjoyed the Hanover/Ashland area the best, so seeing a community like this offering the space to enjoy the seclusion of the area while still being a part of a community feel like what we have been waiting for!
