I've lived in Sawgrass North for a bit over two years now and just recently, the lot next to mine was under construction, which caused excessive dirt to flow into my culvert and not drain properly. Schell came and attempted to clean it once only because they cleaned the culvert for the house that was about to close, however they did it during a heavy rainstorm. Could care less about their neighbors about construction. Routinely work till 9-10pm! Today working on Sunday at 9pm, went and asked to stop they laughed! No concern for the neighborhood! Still after the response on 7/21/20 the construction starts as EARLY as 630am till WAY PASS 830PM...
