The POS system is insanely outdated for 2025. I put new funds on my laundry card that didn't go through apparently. When I called their service line to ask if they could rectify the funds, they said I could mail my card to their office with a full complaint of the issue and see if they are willing to replenish it accordingly, then mail the card back. The cards have serial numbers, so there is no reason in the year of our Lord 2025 that they can't get a system that can adequately handle these kinds of issues instead of using ... read more
They have been asked over 10 times to fix a machine and refuse to
Machines are old. We reported that our drier had melted parts on the inside last June. Not sure what the technician did. Lately, we have had a smoke detector go off when the drier is on. Today we have strong smoke plus a loud smoke detector. The issue was reported to Belcrest Plaza and also Scheffres Laundry. I will keep you updated.
Bad machines, always breaking, never fixed, bad service, money not refunded, poor support, dishonest company. Shameful. Avoid.
Scheffres Laundry Service Washers and Dryers are the ones being used in my apartment building, possibly, two years, not completely sure. Their washers and dryers seem to be working effectively, and only a few times that I have experienced problems with either the washer or the dryer not operating properly. Even with refunds, it has willingly given them to me without questions. My problem is not with Scheffres, but it paying App., CleanPay Mobile, taken $5 off my account.
