This company is the best! They saved me money and are pro level!
For almost a month now, I’ve been calling repeatedly to get the dryers fixed, but so far nobody has come to repair them. According to the operator, they do come and fix them, but in reality nothing works. I’m already spending far too much money, and the only thing they’ll refund is $4.50 – that’s all. It’s frustrating having to keep calling and still not seeing any resolution.
Horrible customer service and turnaround time. Machines are ALWAYS BROKEN in my building. About three months ago, one of the washing machines took me money $6, and one of the dryers did too. I ran it twice and it didn't dry my clothes. But I forgot to call, and I only remembered after so long. So, they said they couldn't refund my money because it had been more than three months... Their app will not allow me, a new user to create an account. Back and forth now for 3 days with the app's tech support who has ZERO idea for how to fix the issue. I can't do laundry now because the machines in my new apartment building that are RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Require me to download a broken app, add funds, activate a machine and then after all those completely unnecessary steps, I get to do my laundry! YAY but it isn't happening.
