Horrible company. Unscrupulous too. They run our laundry room at River Place and their "washers" have a mold stench and just toss clothes around without cleaning them. They also just raised their wash prices to 1.75 and same with dryers for horrible service! That's $3.50/ load and WE pay for the water! In addition, I just tried to ADD $12 to my existing laundry card, and in the middle of the transaction, a NEW card came out of the machine with a $5 balance and I was also charged $5 for the cheap new plastic card that I dont... read more
