Horrible customer service and turnaround time. Machines are ALWAYS BROKEN in my building. If I could rate no stars, I would. The voicemail states someone will call back to address concerns but no one ever does. They don’t refund your money when the machines make you pay double to get the job done. Been calling for two months now. Still waiting on refund for dryers that don’t dry clothes all the way.
I've reported the same issues with machines on my floor 4 times over several months. No one responded to my messages and the issues are not fixed. Wash water seems hot no matter what setting is chosen. Dryers run hot to the point of burning my hands when I take clothes out, regardless of chosen temperature. Except for the settings that only provide air, despite choosing a specific heat setting. Absolute WORST laundry service ever. Just go to a laundromat or live with dirty clothes.
My Apartment has them in my building they break every two seconds and they take money and don't clean well at all as and the ten dollar minimum card uploading is ridiculous
The POS system is insanely outdated for 2025. I put new funds on my laundry card that didn't go through apparently. When I called their service line to ask if they could rectify the funds, they said I could mail my card to their office with a full complaint of the issue and see if they are willing to replenish it accordingly, then mail the card back. The cards have serial numbers, so there is no reason in the year of our Lord 2025 that they can't get a system that can adequately handle these kinds of issues instead of using ... read more
