Terrible experience with staff. My husband’s doctor sent in an order for him to get a CPAP machine. After days with no phone call from Scheffe, I contacted them and they told me they had not received the order. I contacted my husband’s doctor who said they have issues dealing with this company and resent the order via fax. The next day we went up to the business to see if they had received the order and also find out a little bit about what to expect.
