BEWARE ! Scheels has no mercy or understanding for mistakes ! ZERO tolerance ! My wife was shopping with our 2yr old child, after purchasing $70 worth of items, left the store and walked out, she was stopped by security and asked if she forgot to pay for anything, she told them she did not think so and they reached into the stroller and grabbed a $15 keychain she had over looked at during checkout, she was mortified and immediately apologized and said she would pay for it. Jana the shoe specialist in women's shoe depth. Is the best!!! She helped me last year with my first pair of Brooks. I was hurting my feet by not wearing the correct size and she explained and advised me that I would be much more comfortable by going up 1 sz. She was absolutely correct! Just left your Cedar Falls store with my 2nd pair of Brooks sold to me by Jana!!! Thanks
