RecommendedThis is my outdoor go to place for both big and small purchases. The main reason for that is their friendly customer driven staff. I have yet to have a negative experience while shopping in the Minot, ND branch and will continue to give them my business. There has never been any pressure to buy and the staff have proven themselves time and time again with the ability to answer my questions about products. Thanks again for another wonderful shopping experience, you will be seeing me again soon!
We had such a great experience bike shopping today with Tawnya! She was fun, energetic and very knowledgeable. She helped my daughter find all the perfect accessories, and took her to the parking lot to try out the bike and explain the details. She even loaded it up for us! We will be shopping again, and definitely look forward to talking to her again!

The archery department in Scheels is awesome! They helped me with purchasing a new bow and were patient through the whole process.
Friendly and helpful staff
We were there today and our hockey player wanted a new mouth guard. The Assistant Store Leader (we think it was Luke) asked if we needed help and we asked if they had any mouth guards that didnt need to be formed since we had to be at our game in 20 mins. His response was "Challenge accepted!" He told us he would boil the mouthguard for us!! He got it heated and formed for us and out the door in time for the game!! He went above and beyond!!
Have shopped there many times , liked shopping there last fall when they had their big Christmas sale ! Got great buys , to much things to carry , had to sneak in between people to sit a few minutes, good buys , waiting for 2020 !
