What a great experience! No other store like it!!
The service department is terrible!!! Had my ice auger in 3 times for the same problem. If you don't know what is wrong, I understand. Don't make me drive 100 miles each way 3 times saying it was fixed when it wasn't and then continue to charge me every time you guess at the problem!! When I asked about the charges being dropped they just laughed. Could have now bought a new auger for the money! Very disappointed and they will never have my business again.
