Really disrespectful against service animals and the owners educate yourselves! Be better
Think it’s time to educate yourselves and staff on the ADA laws instead of breaking them and discriminating against the disabled. You guys literally make it seem like you’d prefer those with service dogs to die with their dog attached to them with a leash instead of free so they can get help if their person is in need.
This company has had more than one incident of discrimination against disabled people and have faced zero consequences. Would definitely avoid shopping here.
Discriminatory and not in compliance with the ADA. Don’t go here if you want to support an ableist company denying access to people because of their medical equipment
