Nice clean facility. Friendly staff. Receptionist has good customer service and Dr. Pavone was very informative about my medical condition. She gave me a lot of very useful information. I highly recommend. Keep up the good work. 🦶
I have had a great experience with Debbie Pavone. She did my orthotics fitting and explained the process of wearing them. I’ve had orthotics before but was never given the full instructions on how to use them, along with a form on usage. She was very professional, friendly and thorough. The receptionists were fine. I had no difficulties with my payment. I too had a long wait for the orthotics but that is not unusual. Worked with Hanger Clinic a few months ago. I am the type of person to only review when I have a negative experiences, but this time, I felt that I had to write a review. From my first visit, Joanne and the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and professional. Every visit was a pleasure. Its too bad they cannot clone Joanne and put her in every office I have to go to, life would be so much easier! Thank you all for your hospitality!

There is a very long waiting period between handing over the Rx to the clinic and the appointment for measurement by their specialist. After measurement, the patient has to wait for another month for receiving the diabetic shoe and inserts. Consequently, after receiving the Rx from podiatrist, the patient remains without any pain relief for about three months including insurance processing by this clinic. The management of the clinic needs to look into this problem being faced by the patients.
