This is such an impressive place. Quietly and lovingly caring for disabled or injured folks with the nicest attitudes and patient care. The receptionist shared her experience with the same brace that I got, and it was so appreciated!

Not a fan of a facility. I as a patient had to constantly call to find out the status of my back brace. I would call and get the run around about authorization etc. I understand sometimes these things take time but it would be nice if there staff can at least call to follow up with their patients and let them know the status. If I would not have called 3 times no one would have had the courtesy to give me a follow up call. It’s annoying
They canceled an appointment I made for my daughter a month ahead at the last minute. If I was told few days earlier I could've rescheduled it during spring break. The scheduler messaged me other dates & I told her that it wasn't convenient, she suggested I call other locations if that was more convenient, so I did. She then called me asking if I wanted to reschedule & I said I called another location & rescheduled it. My son was discharged from rehabilitation on March 15 and we are still waiting for him to get “” fitted for his leg brace. They do not provide transportation for patients who are wheelchair blind. You have To figure that out on your own, and also they do not work with you if your therapist or person of contact is on vacation, you have to work around their schedule.
