We are so fortunate to find the Hanger Clinic in Geneva, IL. Terra has done a fantastic job getting my husband set up with a brace that eases his pain. They are also very accommodating scheduling appointments.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reviews that are within the last year or so for Hanger clinic, Geneva. I’ve had a very poor experience with them. The fitting was decent, but then getting the device has stretched out with absolutely no response or communication from Hanger clinic. They had said since we have an HMO it would take a few business days. I called the following week after the fitting and they said it hadn’t been approved yet. Waited 6 weeks for my orthotics. When I finally called to get a status update, I was told they had not ordered them because they needed to verify that I only had one insurance! No call or attempt to contact me!! They just waited till I got so frustrated that I called them!
“All calls are being recorded for training Purposes” WELL MAYBE TRAINING SHOULD TAKE PLACE ONCE AGAIN ! have been very patient with this clinic . No call are ever returned. Emails have been sent to management and guess what NO CALLS are being returned to customers!
