So great not needing an appointment for service! Service this time, as usual, was done in a short amount of time and well done. I appreciate your recommending what our car currently needs, without you trying to sell me something unneeded!
Always quality service, very pleased with the quick turnaround! Randy in the service department was great to work with and Steve S. the mechanic is really knowledgeable about my vehicle.
The overall cost I paid for the labor received was excessive. It took the service center 1.5 hours to complete the work required but I was billed for 4.5 hours, while I do understand flat rate charges for work I feel that i was overcharged due to overlapping work. This is dishonest, the labor performed only took 1.5 hours because the service performed overlapped and should be factored into the labor cost.
