I appreciate how easy it was to make an appointment. The videos helped me understand the issue and I was given guidance on what to fix immediately vs what could wait. Overall I am always pleased with the service and professionalism at the Schaumburg Toyota dealership.
Always something with this place. My car came out soaking in oil outside, not just finger prints, literally drips of oil from a careless service center. Unacceptable and unprofessional Edit for the response below: I have gotten oil changes every 5k miles my entire driving life, not once the car came back dirty like this with or with out a wash after. It was decided as my car is undercoated.
