I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company's oven rack purchase process. Initially, they took my credit card information to process payment as per their policy, claiming they don't ship racks without taking payment. A week after placing my order, they called again saying they didn't have my payment information and wouldn't ship the rack unless I provided it. Reluctantly, I gave them the details again.
