The metal rack industry is in good hands now that Liam W is here. He was my rep back before his old company closed the division. Getting emails answered when I want to get paper products will never be the same now that we order from the "big guys". But that's life...

Joel had exactly the part I needed for a Revent oven rack. Communication was effortless, professional, and pleasant. The price was extremely reasonable and the part shipped immediately. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company's oven rack purchase process. Initially, they took my credit card information to process payment as per their policy, claiming they don't ship racks without taking payment. A week after placing my order, they called again saying they didn't have my payment information and wouldn't ship the rack unless I provided it. Reluctantly, I gave them the details again. I was looking for help a v small project. I called sheepishly asked whether they could help. To my surprise they told me to come on in and they helped me out the same day!!!! Excellent people. Excellent service. Excellent company! Special shout to Joel for coordinating everything!!!
