This is the worst car dealership I have ever worked with. I bought a brand new Lincoln Nautilus. Within four hours of taking it off the lot, it had electrical issues. Within a week, it was serviced for the issues which meant that I didn’t have my brand new car for a day. Within a month of getting it back, it had more issues and I received a recall notice. The car dealership was supposed to come and pick up my car from my house to get it serviced for the additional issues and for the recall. The pickup is part of my warranty.... read more
The Lincoln Company urgently needs to provide training to its employees—specifically on how to speak with customers, how to make a sale, how to foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and how to adjust their attitudes and perspectives toward people from diverse backgrounds.
