I had service done including alignment. I had to go to Honda Elgin for the battery same day and she told me it’s not aligned when they had a multipoint inspection. I went to Mavis Palatine same day to be sure and it wasn’t aligned. I had been going to Schaumburg Honda since I got my Pilot and now I don’t trust them to do the job right.
