Her apathy caused me irreparable harm. The results of my 24 hour heart monitor showed a disorder that carries the risk of stroke and damages the heart over time. The longer it goes untreated, the more likely it is to become permanent. She did not inform me upon receiving the results and waited weeks until my follow up to tell me. She didn't even offer a simple, low risk medication upon telling me. She decided to refer me to someone else whom I'd have to wait weeks to see.
