We called the Schauer Group so they could become the broker of our health insurance account. In the two months I was in contact with them, Austin my rep, made 3 critical errors. First, he referred to me as a "dependent" of my husband. No Austin, I'm his wife. Second, he had no idea that a husband and wife could be on the same FireForm(or whatever it is called) application. Best buy took my 200.00 for membership in February I been calling every few days now it august and they still keep hanging up on me my comp has not been turned on in 6 months now. Lol so I went in got the most costly laptop and used it for 1 days then took it back.
