We purchased some shop condos that Jerry was building. I never heard, we can't do that. Jerry and Keighly were great to work with. They were so accommodating to the vision of what our needs were, and our timelines. I didn't have to follow up on things, If I asked a question or wanted a change, I always got a response back. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
Jerry Schauer Construction put a new roof on our house a few weeks ago and they were GREAT!!! The mess was cleaned up when we got home from vacation and would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!

Good luck trying to get ahold of Jerry! Initially it looked good then piece by piece things started falling apart. Jerry said he'd come out to fix it, he quickly stopped responding. Very sloppy work.
