I started with the Cambridge branch of SvS Eerie Ins in 1993. My husband had dealt with them primarily until his death in 2016 when I had to deal with everything, including flood ins thru them with FEMA. A few years later, when I went in to leave my check for that month, Ollin, manager, part owner (?) barely greeted me, and after I gave him my check, he lit into me for no understandable reason.
