Made appointment more than one month in advance for dock to be installed, that date has come and past now. Have called and left voicemails numerous times already with no response still. Should have read these reviews before going with this company, clearly this isn’t the first time it’s happened and who knows how many never took the time to write a review. Unfortunate.
When another company flaked on a construction job and left a giant mess, SOS was on site within days to get our lawn in shape. The crew worked hard for two solid days and salvaged our yard for the season.
Promised to put my dock and hoist in first thing this morning, never showed up, allen and Lisa never returned our calls and text, here i am at 8;30 Friday before Memorial Day with my dock and hoist on my lawn. I just dont understand how a business can survive with this type of service.
