Like everyone else, I too had billing issues. Never once received a paper or electronic bill. All of my bills through BILH MyChart were paid in full. Got a text with a suspicious link to pay indicating that it was my final notice. Final notice? Folks, I never got a notice so I guess your first is your final. The incompetence of this office is beyond astounding. I look forward to the day that AI replaces your clearly underqualified personnel. Stop being adversarial to your patients due to your poor processes and/or people.
Radiology reading was very prompt. However, extremely poor billing services. No idea about the billing amount and how to pay their bill. No information exists in mychart and then in few months you receive a debt collector letter. Extremely disappointed.
Avoid. Billing practices border the fraudulent. First they give wrong information on the phone, then send to collection.
They never sent a bill and the first time we found out about the bill was when we received the collection agency letter. Extreamly unprofessional and even they do not care that their billing agency (MSN) is not sending out bills and have no proof for sending any bills. I had paid $4K in medical bills and only had thier $44 bill sent to collection. Obviosly I would have paid if I had ever received a bill.
Got a collection's bill without a bill from the provider! Seems that I am not alone. The hospital should consider a new provider!
