Avoid. Billing practices border the fraudulent. First they give wrong information on the phone, then send to collection.
They never sent a bill and the first time we found out about the bill was when we received the collection agency letter. Extreamly unprofessional and even they do not care that their billing agency (MSN) is not sending out bills and have no proof for sending any bills. I had paid $4K in medical bills and only had thier $44 bill sent to collection. Obviosly I would have paid if I had ever received a bill.
Got a collection's bill without a bill from the provider! Seems that I am not alone. The hospital should consider a new provider!
this billing process is ridiculous, one is never informed of incoming bill and MT Auburn should be ashamed
The process of setting an appointment, the ultrasound examination itself, and receiving the results was completed very quickly. However, the payment process was tedious and inefficient. I did not receive any emails, app notifications, or letters regarding my invoice or the available payment methods. A few months later, I unexpectedly received letters from debt collection services.
