Have been at Schatz for about 1.5 yrs now with two kids and the front office staff can’t be beat. Always on top of all our needs, friendly, and helpful. From the back end, I am always aware of what is going on and coming up next.
We just love Dr.Schatz, office we have 4 boys that are all patients here and they actually here. The front staff are just the best and really friendly. I enjoy coming with the children due to the exceptional staff and the tropical island ambiance. I would highly recommend Dr.Schatz office to any family looking for a compassionate orthodontist. So I came into this office over a month ago to get a recommended service for my teeth. Dr shatz, recommended braces. We filled out all the paper work and filled out paperwork for financing, and waited over a month to be scheduled in. Finally I decided to do a follow up call and see what was going on. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t work on my teeth because they couldn’t get ahold of my previous orthodontist. Everyone at this office is so nice, we had a great experience with my son’s braces. They even gave him a cake the day he got them off!
