Always courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who took care of my oil change and more. I made an appointment ahead of time, and was in and out in 30 minutes. I was informed about other issues on my vehicle that needed attention, even though it was not a service they provided (tire change). I got more than what I expected for the price I was charged. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.
My sister in laws car broke down on the highway so I went and towed it to my house found she blew a piston ring on #4 cylinder I didn't have time to mess with it so we took it to Schartz Automotive I told them that cylinder 4 had no compression and that the blow by gases we're pushing oil into her intake manifold so it would have to be cleaned figured they would change the piston ring but instead they put a new coil pack on #4 so they say charged her 400$ to tell her her engine was blown and to put in a new 2.0l engine it wo... read more
My vehicle is currently there getting a water pump on they are reasonably priced I would definitely recommend them
