Leaving a review for a friend. Recent experience was absolutely horrible. Misdiagnosed a growth on the side of the face. He said it was a bony process. The client questioned his diagnosis. He responded, “Did you not hear what I just said?” Very rushed appointment. Incredibly rude. My friend was referred to an ENT who promptly requested an ultrasound guided fine needle aspirate.
