You couldn’t pay me to let these idiots work on something I own again. Previous home owners hired them prior to closing on the home to dig up and replace the main sewage line, install a new PVC sewage main in the basement, and to reconnect to the city sewage line as it had broke off. Sewage line job took 7 months start to finish. Tried to claim that their job was done without even reconnecting to the city end of things. Related to Kinetico water softeners, installation, and service I’d highly recommend. My first home back in 2001 had a Kinetico unit which they serviced a few times and no issues. Moved into a different home awhile ago and recently had them install a new Kinetico system in there and no issues so far. They were able to work me in the following week and everything is great.
