$6,000 for upstairs and living room carpet area. Used Karastan. The carpet quality is excellent, however, we were misled in what type of carpet would be OK for a high use area with two-steps. Unfortunately, after only 4.5 months, we have stains that won't come out, snags all over the place (we have a 12lbs dog), and both owner's of the house have slipped and fallen on the two-steps.
