I contacted Roy, the owner, and he said he could be onsite within less than a week, which he followed through on, arriving exactly when he said he would. He spent close to three hours inspecting my existing solar system, including the installation, wiring, components, and configuration, and identified multiple issues that had either been overlooked or not fully addressed by the original installer. Roy Scharf is knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. He configured a very complex solar system for us in Linesville, PA involving a 10.5 kWp ground mount array, battery backup (whole home) and a Generac 22.5 kW generator interconnect. Overall I have been very pleased with the system, with one caveat below. My only concern has been with the Sol-Ark inverter which has been very flaky since we got it.
