I did the usual calling and getting called by every solar installer for 200 miles. Everyone of them weren’t actually local and just felt off. I came across Roy’s business card somewhere and reached out. I’m glad I did. Before he ever came out he gave me rough idea of what I’d be looking at based on satellite view. We hired Roy to install a 42 panel system with battery backup and connect us to the grid in the Fall of 2021. It has worked very well for us, we have not paid for any electric since March of 2022 ( it is now July 2023) and never know when others are experiencing a power outage. I am thinking about having him to install a system for another house we purchased.

Scharf Solar Energy with Roy Scharff and his crew did a great job for us. He was very personable and very helpful every step of the installation. Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him and his crew.
Roy had installed a 30 panel system, the entire time the team were very professional, and when parts were going to be delayed Roy drove several hours away to get them himself. Then when Wi-Fi went from 3 to 5G once more Roy showed and was here for me and my wife Rhonda. Roy always answers his phones and delivers on all promises I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my installation or needs in solar, Roy is the first and last stop for all your power needs
