I had tried several area Attorneys before getting to Mr. Scharf with no success. It was a fairly complicated situation involving 3 different states. Mr. Scharf was VERY helpful and professional. Because it involved the care and financial well being of my 88 year old Mother, it was crucial that everything went perfectly. And it did.
