I am the president of an HOA in O'Fallon, IL which consists of 49 townhomes. Scharf Building Services (SBS) has come to our rescue on a number of occasions over the past 2 years. In a time when finding a reputable contractor is extremely difficult if not impossible, SBS stepped in and has helped us immensely by performing general maintenance on many of our units.
