I truly did not want to leave this review as we do like Greg as a person, but after finding out his “office manager” called my new ortho, I feel it necessary. I started out here at was quoted at “18 months” for my braces, even going with the light force ones. After 2.5 years and no answers or communication as to the next step with NO progress for a year, I decided to switch care. I'm so grateful to Dr. Schardt and his staff for taking on my case with grace. The doctor, receptionist, and dental assistant are all top notch! Once you are a patient they will make you feel like family. At my adult age, I had a breakdown my first week into treatment and they immediately brought me in to review things and ease my mind with no judgements. Thank you Dr. Schardt and staff! I'm excited to continue on this journey to a beautiful smile.
