Unfortunately it must have been a bad day for Jasmin the service assistant at Schaller. We came in for a scheduled appointment and were left outside in the pouring rain, I walked in and waited to speak and asked if the door was automatic since it was our first time servicing here. She rolled her eyes and said the door would open “when it would”. So I just let her be combative and unhelpful and moved on, telling my wife that the doors were supposed to be automatic. Terrible service and inflated pricing! Service department is fine but the body shop is awful. Took over a month to get an estimate on a very simple repair. Price quoted was $400 over what I got at a local body shop. Our first Subaru and extremely disappointed. Will not be using them for any future repairs.
