Caliber Collision is nowhere near as customer service oriented as when it was Schaller Jacobson. Stopped in and nearly had to wake some old guy up to even get service. He didn't want to talk or explain how the process went. Just told me how busy they were and he didn't want to provide any assistance. Called my insurance company and switched to ABRA Auto Body. Had 3 prior repairs done at this location but no more.
Top quality repairs and friendly staffs.
They were great and efficient. They charged what they quoted and was done a day early. Quality work.
This place is now call Caliber Collision. It's not the same as when it was Schaller. It was supposed to be a preferred repair facility for my insurance company. It took 2 days before they even looked at the damage. They finally did after my insurance called to check on progress. They missed some parts that were need for the repair and had to reordered part delaying repairs for a long time.
