Tracy is anything but rude! She is very helpful, knowledgable, and efficient. She runs this place like a well oiled machine.
Although my 'case' is still open, I have received terrific service from Schaller Jacobson in Onalaska. they have gone that 'extra mile' over the last three months. I'm glad I brought my beloved old Seville there for proper body work done, and thoughtful customer service.
