I was prompted to use the website to make my service appt. I even received an appointment reminder via text, but when I arrived they had no clue why I was there, which was to check my AWD that hadn't engaged when I needed it on the Prologue Elite I bought their 3 months ago. The 20-something service tech asked me if I was sure I had AWD. They didn't even look at the car. The Prologue Elite only comes in AWD, and it has an AWD emblem right on the hatch. Saturday March 22, I visited Schaller Honda in New Britain, as I continue to search for my new car. As I strolled the parking lot, I witnessed a sales associate approach a customer and waive a tool in her face in a threatening manner. I immediately returned to my vehicle and moved onto the next dealership to continue my search. Would not recommend doing business with these team members.
I hereby want to express my dissatisfaction with the service received today, December 16, 2024, at Schaller Honda Service. I arrived downtown at 11:30 a.m. and, until 1:30 p.m., I was still waiting for my vehicle to be delivered, even though I was informed that it had been ready for 35 minutes. This situation reflects a lack of organization and responsibility on the part of service personnel. After changing the oil, the heat shet came off on the highway after one week. this sound scared my family to death. I spent two hours somehow removing it, all on the highway. and now I have to pay for the spare part and for the labor. I do not recommend.
Very helpful when I called to inquire about a Honda recall.
