I was calling this place and the one in Berlin about a recall part for about a year. They were dismissive and unprofessional, told me to call corporate and ask them…So I decided to called Acura of Auburn and they were super professional, explained to me that it might take a long time but he will put my name on the waitlist. To my surprise, he actually called me back only a month later with an appointment!

Schaller is one of the last family owned dealers in the area, and the Acura dealership is simply awesome. I have been having service on my Acura RL for almost 15 years and the staff had technicians have always taken care of the car and advised me on best actions to take as my vehicle increases in age. The service advisors Brian, Joe and Jason are all great folks who I trust fully. The parts department that is overseen by Mike is fantastic and quick to get me what I need when I need accessories or replacement parts. Gary who ... read more
