Paul @ Schalco came to my rescue during the last power outage. I returned home ( to pick up Insulin) from the hotel & power was still off & backup battery was dead. I called the office & stated my Bichon Frise' was diabetic & needed her Insulin, that was in the refrigerator, in the house. They had Paul out to the house in 15 minutes. Recently my cable broke on my garage door. I called for estimates and Schalco was the lowest price. I called and they were able to schedule my service the same day! I have used them before - in 2010 - great customer service!
When returning home following a day of Christmas shopping I found that our garage door would not open. I found that one of the springs that assists the door to open had broken. I called Schalco that evening to schedule the repair. They arrived first thing the next morning to evaluate the problem. They repaired the broken spring so we could open the door and ordered replacement springs. The returned as soon as the springs were available and replaced them and serviced other door moving parts.
