Very rude and unprofessional. Mandy the hr lady is rude and obnoxious

While you were employed with us, Mandy had gone above and beyond answering your calls and text at all times throughout the day and night. We do want to thank you for the time you were employed here and we wish you the best in your next endeavors.
Very poor customer relations, was quoted,accepted, then realized they did very little work for what was quoted. I think I was taken advantage of fir what was done. Owner and owners brother work independently but do the same thing. Was unaware they were brothers at beginning of job. Kind of shady if you ask me.

They installed one opener and fixed the other while they were here. I also had to call them back after I backed into the garage door. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

What a great experience it was dealing with everyone at Shalco! After a truck came crashing through my garage door on a Saturday, I called Andy on a Sunday, he was here within an hour to get my vehicle out. The girls in the office (Vanessa and Mandy) were amazing, and picked out the most perfect, beautiful new garage door to match my house. And Dennis, the installer done the most beautiful, professional job ever! I can't say enough positive words about this company! Way to go, Shalco!
