It use to be a great place to live. Don't buy in the A section because when it rains it becomes a swamp infested with mosquitoes. Roads are deplorable and lot rents are out of control. You have to maintain the trees on your property which is not fair because you don't own the lot. You pay for yard maintenance and sometimes you get your lawn mowed.
