We bought our house in 2014 and it had a 1,000 gallon in-ground propane tank owned by Shangrin. We used their services for a year. When we chose to not use them to deliver our propane moving forward, they came a removed their tank. Then we get a $1,000 bill from them to remove the tank. We fought this on the phone and refused to pay them for removing their tank. The tank agreement they had was with the previous owner. Now I see we have a collections against us. Terrible. Shameless. Truth be told I can't say I'm crazy about being dependent on propane. However shagrin has always seemed to be a good company, and Barb from their West Grove office is absolutely 5 stars.
