My wife and I have used this agency for years. Switched cars and bought new cars multiple times. Each time they make it so easy. They are extremely friendly and easy to work with. Specifically want to call out Melanie as she has always been so extremely helpful and kind. Makes the most complicated things easy to navigate, she is amazing! Would recommend Schaffner to anyone! Would give a 6th star if they'd let me.

Our sons are all in their 20's now, + for longer than that Bob + Melanie have always been extremely helpful. Getting us all the answers we've ever needed with adding/changing cars, registrations, plates, titles, + coverages.
