All I can say is WOW! Schaffer’s is completely amazing and was the best experience yet. I had gone to another local bridal store before, and felt completely at home the minute I walked into Schaffer’s. You are greeted immediately and taken upstairs to get a tour and have you and your loved ones look through and pick out some favorite gowns. Jeneka worked a miracle. I'm having a small wedding in 6 weeks and didn't plan on a dress at all. At my friends' urging we went to try on dresses for fun. At Schaffer's we were allowed to look through the dresses independently and when I needed, Jeneka assisted. Unexpectedly, we found the dress I had to have! I was worried there wouldn't be time for alterations, but Jeneka searched for the seamstress and both were able to assure me the dress could be completed in time. Schaffers had a great selection of dresses but unfortunately was not a great experience for me. I felt like the girl helping me was not kind or friendly during the appointment. It seemed that she was annoyed by me the entire appointment. It made it very hard to enjoy my experience. Maybe just a bad day.
I found my dress at Schaffers! My first appointment with Emma exceeded my expectations. She was so much fun and I felt so comfortable and confident during my appointment with her. She also picked the dress I ended up choosing (which I don’t think I would have picked out myself but I fell in love with it!!). I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Taylor. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to what I was looking for. She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and beautiful in every dress I tried on.
