Outstanding practice. Clean, efficient, and wonderful staff and doctors. Only drawback is it's very hard to get an appointment.
I was extremely grateful for the the care I received. Dr. Tompkins, explained the mammography results with knowledge and understanding and the biopsy was done the next day. Dr. Drossman, is so skilled that I had no real pain afterward and a teeny bruise. She then expedited the results and I saw a surgeon the next day. All this done with a smile. I would like to mention my thanks to Vera, the appointment, clerk who is easy to talk with.
I’ve been going to that place for over 15 years and the X-rays are read with great care.
It took countless phone calls and nearly a year for test results to be sent to my doctor. There are many other positive aspects of this provider--usually on time, and the staff are well-trained and polite--but the administrative systems are disappointing.
