If you're purchasing a condo or co-op in NY you'll discover that you need to hire an attorney to represent you. My real estate agent recommended David and I could not be happier with him. He is knowledgable, always respond in a timely manner when I had questions about anything, explained the process so that everything made sense, and made the closing process as easy as it could be. Highly recommend!
I’m not someone who ever writes negative reviews and would rather not add any review if not positive, but when it comes to David I feel obliged to warn others about him because buying real estate in NYC is expensive and if you don’t have a good lawyer that will do his full due diligence, you’ll be up to surprises that any other decent lawyer can easily uncover for you early on.
