Extremely unprofessional. After securing seasonal mowing on phone with Schaff in April, when May came he was no where to be found. Several calls were placed - no answer, emails - no response, voicemails - no return calls. After waiting 4 weeks for a response or any communication whatsoever it became apparent we would have to use an actual professional service, which he clearly is not. I would avoid him at all costs if you actually need lawn services done. If you need lip service - he's your guy.
